“Nursing Home Agape has a wonderful, symbolic name which brings us back through the history of Christianity. It’s a home full of peace and quiet that fills one’s life with a sense of joy and purpose, as much as one is able to find it. For me, it is in books, educational TV shows, and classic music concerts that I have the opportunity to enjoy over the screen. I am reminded of the thoughts of great writers: Andrić once noted that old age and becoming older consumes one. As much as there is truth in these words, one still finds their own purpose in their golden years as well. The little niche I have carved for myself I have decorated with a cornucopia of flowers, which makes it especially appealing and dear to me.”
